Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to registrations, sponsorships, voting-related payments, donations, and other purchases made through Karman Kar Shows & Events, LLC.
Event Registrations
Registration fees are generally non-refundable. All events are rain or shine unless changed by Karman Kar Shows & Events for safety or operational reasons. A refund may be issued only if approved in writing by Karman Kar Shows & Events.
Sponsorships
Sponsorship payments are non-refundable once confirmed. If payment is submitted for an unavailable sponsorship in error, Karman Kar Shows & Events may offer reassignment, credit, or refund at its discretion.
Voting / Donation Payments
Voting-related payments and donations are non-refundable. Payment does not guarantee any result, placement, or award. If a duplicate transaction or processing error occurs, Karman Kar Shows & Events may review and correct it.
Chargebacks
If you believe there is a billing issue, contact customer service first. Filing a chargeback without first attempting resolution may delay review and may affect eligibility for future participation.
