These Terms of Service govern use of the Karman Kar Shows & Events, LLC website and related registration, sponsorship, voting, donation, and customer service features. By using this website or submitting any form or payment, you agree to these terms.
Event Participation
Participation in events is voluntary. Attendees, participants, sponsors, and voters are responsible for their own decisions, actions, vehicles, property, and safety. All events are rain or shine unless Karman Kar Shows & Events determines a change is necessary for safety or operational reasons.
Payments
Card payments are processed securely through Stripe or another approved payment provider. By submitting payment, you authorize the stated charge for the selected registration, sponsorship, vote, donation, or other service.
Refunds
Registration fees, sponsorship payments, and voting-related payments are generally non-refundable unless Karman Kar Shows & Events decides otherwise in writing.
Voting and Donations
Voting may be tied to donations or other payments depending on the event structure. Payment does not guarantee any result, placement, or award. Karman Kar Shows & Events reserves the right to reject, void, or review votes in cases of error, fraud, abuse, duplicate transactions, or operational issues.
Sponsorships
Sponsorship availability is limited and may change without notice. Sponsorship payments are non-refundable once confirmed. Sponsors are responsible for providing accurate contact details, logos, and other requested materials.

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with payment processing, submit false information, or attempt to disrupt event, sponsorship, voting, or contact systems.
Changes
