Sponsor Agreement

This Sponsor Agreement applies to sponsorship submissions and payments made through Karman Kar Shows & Events, LLC.
Sponsor Commitment
By submitting a sponsorship form or payment, the sponsor confirms that the information provided is accurate and that the person submitting the form is authorized to act on behalf of the sponsoring business or organization.
Payment
Sponsorship payments are non-refundable once confirmed. If invoice or check payment is selected, sponsorship availability is not guaranteed until payment is received or otherwise approved by Karman Kar Shows & Events.
Availability
Sponsorship levels are limited and may become unavailable at any time. If a selected sponsorship is no longer available, Karman Kar Shows & Events may offer an alternative option or other resolution.
Logos and Materials
Sponsors are responsible for providing correct logos, artwork, names, website links, and any other requested materials in a timely manner. Delayed or incomplete sponsor materials may affect placement or promotion.
Public Display
Sponsors understand that business name, logo, website, and sponsor recognition may be displayed publicly on the website, printed materials, signage, social media, and event promotions.
